Refund policy

Unchained Confections handles returns and or refunds on a case by case basis.  To request a refund, fill out a connection request on our website with the subject line "Return/Refund" we will connect with you as soon as we can. 

Due to the nature of our products, we do our best to keep products fresh for markets or sales. with that said we can only control the things we can. heat in shipping can cause products to dry out.  Issues in this manner will also be handled on a case by case basis.
