Dark Chocolate Caramel

There’s something about this season that slows you down long enough to remember what matters. These Holiday Dark Chocolate Caramels were born right out of that space — the late-night batches, the laughter in the kitchen, the moments where God reminds me, “Hey… this is bigger than candy.”

We start with our classic handmade caramel — the same recipe that’s been part of my own redemption story from day one. Warm, rich, cooked slow and steady. Then we take each piece, cut it by hand, and wrap it in a blanket of smooth dark chocolate that hits that perfect balance: not too bitter, not too sweet… just honest.

Every piece is crafted by real hands, real stories, real people walking out recovery, reentry, and second chances. And somehow that makes the flavor hit a little deeper.
